J-Hook Fishing Charters is committed to providing a fun and memorable experience. Captain Jordan is licensed by the USCG and supplies his great knowledge of fishing Tampa Bay on each trip. From inshore to nearshore, J-Hook provides trips for families and friends of all ages. 

FAQ

What to Bring

  • Preferred food and drink. A cooler with ice and water is provided.

  • Sun protection including but not limited to sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, UV long-sleeve shirts.

  • Layers and raincoats for Florida's ever changing weather conditions.

Payments & Cancelations

  • The balance must be paid the date of the trip. Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check.

  • Cancellations must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the trip for a full refund. (Weather and emergencies excluded).

Captain Jordan Hallsted

Captain Jordan has been fishing the waters of Tampa Bay throughout his entire life. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Jordan is a true local fishing guide. From exploring the waters with friends and family as a child, to fishing on his own boat at just twelve years old, he has extensive knowledge of the Tampa Bay. 

 

Jordan began his guiding career as a first mate for other Tampa Bay fishing guides shortly after high school, and started J-Hook Fishing Charters in 2018.  Capt Jordan has a deep passion for fishing, boating and providing memorable experiences for his clients.
